David Barrington
David Barrington is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and has 40 years experience as a Building Surveyor. David has worked on many high profile buildings and listed building projects under his direction have won awards from English Heritage. David is also a Chartered Environmentalist and Commercial Energy Assessor and has carried out Energy Audit and Commercial EPC work throughout the UK. David is accredited under Scottish Protocol for EPC work in Scotland.
