- FEASIBILITY REPORTS - A detailed report upon proposed works indicating the approvals required, possible obstacles/solutions, approximate costings etc
- SPECIFICATION OF WORK - Specification of works for the repair, refurbishment, extension, or new build of properties
- PLANNING & BUILDING REGULATIONS - Preparation of documents and drawings, assistance and advice for submission of Planning and Building Regs Applications
- LISTED BUILDINGS - Preparation of Listed Building Applications, drawings, specialist Historic Building advice. We have won awards from Historic England (formerly English Heritage) for our work on Listed Properties.
